At Cakewalk Desserts, quality isn’t a term that we use lightly. We aren’t a large, faceless, commercial facility stamping out your order (and I hope we never will be). You are getting a truly hand-crafted product. In fact, you have the owner & founder of the company making each and every one of your goodies, quality checking them, and packaging them with care.

Even as we grow and hire on more bakers, you will always get the personalized touch and the attention to detail we’ve built our name on. I hope this means you realize why your order is worth every penny. It means the world to us too!

CUSTOM RIBBON– Our standard ribbon is a single-faced, satin ribbon in a deep chocolate brown color, tied in a single knot. We can do custom colors for a small fee or even have custom printed messages on each ribbon (prices can vary).

DELIVERY  + SHIPPING – We offer FREE hand delivery for all orders within 10 miles of zip code: 92673. For all other orders we can offer free, scheduled pick up or Standard or Expedited Shipping plus the cost of insurance for your order size. Please see ORDER in the above menu for more details. Our carriers of choice are UPS Ground (if within 2 days transit), or USPS Priority or Express. We prefer to ship all orders with 2 days transit time and have them arrive the day before your event. All shipping estimates are based on quantity/weight and location.

NOTICE:

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS OR CARRIER DAMAGE, which is why we require insurance for each order. It is VERY rare, however, if something does happen to your order in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and work with you see that you receive a refund for your order as issued by the carrier. Refund lead times are subject to the manner of the claim and can take up to 2 weeks to process. See ORDER in the Menu for more information.
